I come across some very interesting people who's stories I'd like to share.. also I get very annoyed when it comes to certain people... alright fine I HATE people the majority of the time.. and I will use this site to vent!
basically like that fmylife site I will post things that make my life suck while hopefully making you lol (laugh out loud for the computer illiterate crowd :-P)...
ALRIGHHTYYYY THENNNNN!!!!
I worked tonight... of course.. when don't I work.. oh right..... TUESDAYSSSS... anyway.. I worked tonight.. and while you will probably hear me say... er.. read me type??!!... a million times... tonight was the night from h-e-double hockeysticks!!! once again management made me want to (figuratively speaking) kill myself!
It was super slow.. as it is most nights in the summerylike months! and we had a church fundraiser... now listen I'm not mocking church goers or church for that matter I am simply mocking fundraisers in general.. and tonights fundraiser just happens to be for a church haha.. well most fundraiser nights you get people who normally would not have come out to the restaurant.. therefore do not really want to spend the money.. so their bills are not that expensive.. anddd coincidentally do not tip very well...
people do not realize that waitresses make roughly $2.83 an hour so we get all of our money from tips.. sooo next time you go out think about that and give us at 20%!!!
anyway... this one table tonight.. was accidentally sat in a section that didn't have a server assigned to it.. so they sat there for 25 minutes without a server.. so my awesome manager asked me to take the table.. this table was fine and their bill ended up being $42.. (which for the restaurant I work at is good we are supposed to have a $17 ppa (ppa is price per average.. meaning each person should be spending $17)) haha.. well my manager being super nice decided to take care of their bill since they sat so long.. well apparently this table thought that they didn't have to tip either.. WOOOOOOHOOOO!!!!!
THENNNN!!! this other table decides that they are going to randomly eat at rapid speed.. like when I say they finished their steaks in roughly 7 and a half minutes.. that is no exaggeration! well I dropped off their food and got them refills for their drinks and gave myself a 4 minute break to go pee! well I come out and my manager is having a shit fit saying that my table had been super ready to pay.. like wow.. it's my fault I had to pee... next time I'll let myself get dehydrated.. whatever...
meanwhile this other table has this crazy old guy asking me to date his overweight grandson.. oh wow...
anyway it's 2 a.m. and I have work again tomorrow so I should probably get some sleep...
